The maintenance access panel is oversized and very poorly constructed. It is held in place by 4 clips. The problem is that you cannot see the clips and retaining pins, as they are on the inside. The pins are also just screwed into a few pieces of loosely nailed wood. As a result, the clips just break off when you try to put the panel back on

Coast Spas - All hot tub problems

Manufacturer vs local rep. The entire solution lies on the local rep, are they factory trained, do they have the knowledge and discipline to maybe in a position to assist the end user properly and make them satisfied. Utilizing a concerned tech will help any issue. A little compassion from both the customer and the service tech will go a long way.
