Manufacturer vs local rep. The entire solution lies on the local rep, are they factory trained, do they have the knowledge and discipline to maybe in a position to assist the end user properly and make them satisfied. Utilizing a concerned tech will help any issue. A little compassion from both the customer and the service tech will go a long way.

The spa has a poor design. Very hard to Prime the pumps also when it has the Cascade waterfall feature cover does not open easily and is not designed for a cover lifter. When a cover lifter is installed for a spa it is to make it open with ease this does not happen....
