This review is for the manufacturer only, dealers and such are great...our hot tub developed a leak in mid January this year, it couldn't be drained and lifted due to the time of the year (freezing cold) We topped it up as it was needed until the spring arrived, when we finally got the repair guy from the dealer we bought it from to come out, they replaced the same jet 2x thinking that's what it was from, after it was still leaking it was finally noticed that there was a small hole directly above the jet, it is an odd thing because the acrylic paint is still there -just sunken in a bit and cracked, as if the material behind it wasn't there...the repair guy and dealer said it is due to a manufacturer defect in the shell. We thought great, let's get it fixed so we can use it...after 2 months of it being lifted, drained and on blocks Coast Spa said that they won't fix it because they say the defect isn't their fault, saying we damaged it...I asked them why directly and they won't even reply to me anymore, just said to talk to the dealer even though the dealer agrees that it's a defect from the manufacturer.

All we wanted was it to be fixed and the soggy insulation replaced, they do not care and will do what they can to not have to fix their defects, just blame the customer.

I have offered to have yet another independent company come take a look, they won't because they know they will be proven wrong.

Bottom line, yes they are cheaper to buy than other hot tubs and have many more gimmicks like LED lights, WiFi controls and an "Extreme" sound system...make a smarter purchase and buy a better quality product instead of this brand, this is the equivalent to buying a Ford Pinto with fancy lights and a loud stereo. The cover lifter has broken, cabinet doors are warped with small gaps that let the heat out and a speaker stopped working...$350+ for a replacement for 1, just the part...not even a brand name.

User's recommendation: Buy a better brand.

Preferred solution: Fix it!.

Coast Spas Pros: Spa when it works, Dealer.

Coast Spas Cons: Poor quality, Poor quality and really poor service, Do not honor warranty.
