Coast Spas - No Support
I have to say their warrenty and technical support is very bad. I've had nothing but problems since I purchased mine in April of last year and their support and warranty is a joke!
Althought the dealership has been very supportive and helpful after they have exhausted all their means to help get my tub running, Coast will not back their product and live up to their warrenty and help take care of the customer! I was told today that when it leave their facility its not their problem, Wow nice company to purchase from Not!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

That's funny EVERY time I have a warranty issue with my piece of *** tub you guys refuse to deal with me through your warranty department. Contact the dealer, not our problem, that's your mantra...
If you actually read the post the dealer is helping them too, but actually dealing with Coast Spas is the issue.
The fact that this post still isn't resolved tells me Coast Spas still didn't do anything to help.
Take responsibility for your product, if customers end up with some POS lemon (like my infinity edge tub), don't tell them you can't recreate the problem in your controlled laboratory setting. Send someone out, they can see the inch thick ice, they can witness the water running out of the tub through the gap in the lid. I have had 5 lids in 4 years and none have fixed the issue. Not to mention how many mother boards I have been through, control panels, etc.
Just admit you sold a lemon and replace the tub!!
Similar jets and no infinity edge, that's a less expensive tub even. I'm only asking that the $10,000 I spent doesn't bring misery and regret everytime I look at my tub.
