Product or Service Quality

I owned a Artic Spa for many years had some issues but it was still running after 15 years. I use my Spa everyday that I am home so with that being said a few motors and ozone aerator. The covers were terrible they didn't last replaced several at a cost. I would of bought another. But the business stopped selling them and lost there service man.So I looked and found the service person he worked on my spa for the last 5 years.

Enough on artic spa

My service man opened a store back a few years ago and brought on Coast spa

My spa is being built as I read some of the complaints and concerns

Hoping that my Spa doesn't have the same.

But want to comment that water quality is important cleaning filters are very important.

We ask a lot out of our spas and we put them through a lot.

30 BELOW ZERO computers,pumps and other components.

They are on 24 hrs a day 365 days a year

Small math answer we ask a spa to run 24 hrs a day for 365 days a year x 15 years= 131,400 hours if my math is correct

If it was a car at 30 miles hour average it would have around 400,000 miles I wonder the amount of issues it would have?

I guess to have a couple of pumps and other electronics isn't too bad

Covers that's another story especially if you take care of it.

Artic was good until the last couple of years with customer support, then they pushed it off on dealers.

I'm glad to have a dealer I personnel know.

Thanks for time and your input to this site now I know what to look for when mine arrives.
