my spas need repair every almost every year ,,,and have to pay 100.00$ to get us service + 80.00$ an hour for labor,,the water pump seal need to be replace almost every year,,and we bought unit with a massage tecknical devise on it and paid more than a 1000.00$ and work for 6 month only,,,,dealer suggest to remove that system after a year because system is always broken,,,,we dont have any service from company and they dont even call you back even if you leave a message and dealer repair at high cost + have to wait 2 weeks every time before getting the service...will never buy an another one from them,,,,,,,

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Poor quality and really poor service.
