We are very sorry to hear of the trouble with your Aruba Hot Tub, we certainly do not wish for you to be displeased with your spa and would love to help. If your spa is less than 2 years old then the circuit board should be covered under warranty, but without getting more details from you we are very much in the dark on what has transpired so far. If you could email additional information to warranty@coastspas.com we can look into this further and hopefully restore your satisfaction.

Thank you for your comments, we want to assure you that any connections that were removed would have been after the spa left our manufacturing facility. We have very strict standards for quality and all our products have to pass a barrage of testing to conform with our ISO certification.

We are not aware of the pricing that you were provided, but we certainly welcome you to contact any hot tub service company.

Hello! Had the same problem with my spa, different brand.

It is not your spa, it’s the power pack, your breaker. The curly white neutral wire cannot be connected to the neutral bar. It must be connect on the breaker itself, in a special terminal.

It detects any load and trips the breaker. Good luck

Manufacturer vs local rep. The entire solution lies on the local rep, are they factory trained, do they have the knowledge and discipline to maybe in a position to assist the end user properly and make them satisfied. Utilizing a concerned tech will help any issue. A little compassion from both the customer and the service tech will go a long way.
