The only two manufacturers left in 2016 that keep their ISO 9001 Quality Certification is Coast Spas and Watkins Manufacturing (for their US product not Mexican product). This quality certification is significant. If each hot tub or swim spa manufacturer had this...

I was online looking for the Coast Spas website and saw this site.I was at first shocked that 30 something people would take their time to bash a product - so i read them. Most of the complaints seem to be due to consumer ignorance and poor dealer to consumer...

Thank you for your coments. I have spent much time looking at readings reviews and doing sight visits to many high end spa retail locations.

It is clear that what you say has much merit and should be taken under advisement. It was clear to me that ever sales person at the retail shops boasted even exaggerated their brands fit and finish. But after full inspection of the spas with panels off it’s clear that the Coast Spa is a better manufactured spa from fit to finish. I do not work for them.

I’m getting no kickback or promised benefits for writing this. It just that I have dome my due diligence in research and visual inspection to form my opinion. Spas are a mechanical item and do have problems. My current spa a Dimension One is 17 years old and still pretty much flawless.

I have replaces parts that have failed. Again it’s mechanical it’s going to have problems. Coast Spas and there dealers are human - flawed and make errors and have bad days too. I believe that their customer service could improve.

That would resolve a great deal of the negative comments. Seems to me that a great deal of time and harsh works could have been rectified with better factory and dealer service and customer education. To make my point anyone who thinks one can buy a vehicle and just drive it without maintenance- gas, oil changes, tire rotation, new tires wash and wax etc. Is foolish and will end up broke down and dissatisfied.

Spas need that same type of service from end users. Speaking from experience.

Really not happy! We bought this *** tub back in January/February 2014 and already had to replace the pillows and one of the jets, on my own dime since this *** don't back their product and warranty. This is not our first tub and should have stayed with our first tub!...

This review doesn’t make sense to me. You had your spa for almost two years and had to replace the pillows and one jet.

I’m sorry, but those don’t sound like actual issues with the integrity of the spa whatsoever, nor do I believe that that should be covered under warranty. That’s like buying a bike and complaining that you had to replace the tires after you’ve ridden it for 2 years.

You should have 5 year warranty through Coast, whether they honour it....You would think they would have tried to resolve this ages ago!

Thats funny, my infinity edge would just dump more water out if 4 people got in.

I also love how that was copy and pasted from their website...

We purchased a two year old Coast Spa Extreme. It was never actually used as it was in a builders spec home that was for sale. Thought I got a good deal... From day one the TV did not work, and many jet covers just blew off and sank to the bottom. Then within a year...

Is that one of the infinity edge tubs?? Mine is an infinity edge and it drains it's bladder weekly, the lid has a gap all along the front and the water runs right out through the gap. It's just a S%%^& design.
