Coast Spas - Wish I had bought a different brand

I bought a Coast Spa in 1999 and I was delighted with it. After moving, I bought another Coast Spa, in 2016, based on the great product we had before. Sadly, the quality of this spa is sub standard. The engineering is amateur (removing and replacing the service panel is a nightmare), it’s missing fittings for base drainage, the diverted valves and air valves are non-operational after one year. All in all... a very expensive piece of crap. Would not recommend this product at all.

I have not been contacted by Coast Spas to resolve this quality issue. I tried to phone and speak with customer service and the representative informed me that they would have a manager level person contact me which has never happened. Such a disappointment to invest this much of my hard earned money going to waist.

Coast Spas - Happy Coast Spa owner

Purchased Coast spa in June of 2000. Nineteen years of quality time with this spa. Replaced 2 stage pump so far at 19 years of service. Having 30 years of environmental industrial water quality was a great teacher on spa care. Would buy another Coast spa. Quality product. Forget the gimmicky waterfalls. We are very sorry to hear of the trouble with your Aruba Hot Tub, we certainly do not wish for you to be displeased with your spa and would love to help. If your spa is less than 2 years old then the circuit board should be covered under warranty, but without getting more details from you we are very much in the dark on what has transpired so far. Thank you for your comments, we want to assure you that any connections that were removed would have been after the spa left our manufacturing facility. We have very strict standards for quality and all our products have to pass a barrage of testing to conform with our ISO certification.
