We bought a 2016 Coast Freedom spa. The spa came with a 5 year factory warranty after 1 year the local dealership went out of business and now the factory will not help us even though it is a factory warranty.

Factory told us sorry about your dealer going out of business but the dealer is responsible for servicing it and Coast does not have another rep in the area so we are out of luck. The spa is about 1.5 years old and has an internal leak and half of the LED lights do not work. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM COAST SPAS! We now have a patio with an empty hot tub that is worthless.

Spent over $11,000 on it and I wish I would have checked the reviews before purchasing. I will add photos so consumers can see what your patio will look like with an $11,000 paper weight
