I live in Howell MI, and i had some issue with the heater in my spa. My dealer has since gone out of business so I contacted the manufacturer.

They sent me to Beach Spa Repair who completed the repair for us and submitted the claim to Coast for warranty.

Everything was paid for except the trip charge. I have not had any issues since.

Coast to coast spas will rip you off!!

i purchased a swim spa from these clowns RUSS-JILL pd in full. now 5 mos later still no spa no returned calls or e-mails. they travel from town to town selling their spas and hot tubs traveling show. they will take your money and use it to catch up on their bills. let your friends and family know when they come to your town DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! go see your local dealer instead that way you will get your product and can walk into a showroom. im suprised they are still in business after reading all the reviews posted. attorney generals office, bbb, local tv and radio should all be made aware of these scammers!! too many people out there getting burned............

I just wanted to clarify that this is not realted to Coast Spas Mfg. "Coast to Coast" is a different company altogether.

Coast Spas has a dealer network and all of these independant businesses have a showroom to display the product. This is a very unfortunate situation however this is not something coming for the manufacturer.

We have a Coast Spa purchased from Splash Works London Ontario. In April it stopped heating. We have had the motor and every internal part replaced. We were charged $1600.00 before we even found out if it would work. It has never consistently worked since April. Splash...

Coast spas selling *** then blaming dealers who cant stay in business because of the terrible quality and high service costs.

Dont be fooled by their high prices. high price does not guarantee good quality.

Better to Purchase at Home Depot or Walmart where you wont get the run around

If you have a coast spa warranty problem - good luck. The company is out of Canada. We have had the same malfunction of the control panel board. Evidentally they have yet to figure out how to keep the moisture out. The first time it went out we went through the...

Sounds like a dealer problem to me...which happens with all kinds of companies. I am a dealer in Central Oregon and have never had a problem with Coast taking care of me or my customers.

Mr. Russell Scot. What a crook. I am surprised the state of Illinois has not shut down his business. All I can say about him is get everything in writing and read every line of his biased contracts. He promised me one thing ( a certain size and type Gazebo ) I found...

I purchased a floor model hot tub from Coast to Coast Hot Tubs on 6/24/07 at a Hot Tub Show in Libertyville, IL. The hot tub was delivered on 7/2/07 and I noted that the stereo faceplate was missing and the door that houses the stereo was missing a clip. I immediately...

We attended a hot tub show july of 2009, and put $1000 dollars down initially, then $5000 dollars down. As of september 2010 still no hot tub.

we have called and called, at 1st nothing but voicemail but now the telephone just rings. Needless to say somebody should be going to jail for theft of $6000.

Coast Spa recalled one model of pump motors that had a possibility of fire. Mine was one of them. I was told the motor would be replaced in 3 months, until then drain and do not use the spa. The pump came in and I was charged $50 to replace it. I paid it with much...

Our house just burnt down. The fire started outside, in the vicinity of the Coast Spa hot tub.

All preliminary evidence shows that the hot tub caused the fire. The tub was purchased in 2008. Would retailers have residual models for purchase from the 2002-2007 era?

Is this situation elegible for a lawsuit?

Plus I agree that the head cushions degraded fast, the paneling where the companies lovely name rest had water damage, jet nozzels would constantly fall off, and the cover also degraded fast.
