We have owned our spa for 3 years now and here is the story. At the time of delivery out of the package the pump was seized up and needed replacement.

30 days into owning it we had a leak in the foam which required the dealer to bring back to the shop in which 2 leaks were found in glue fitting and a clamp that was not attached at the time of the build from the factory and cost us $600 to move a brand new spa as warranty would not cover it. 1 year into owning another internal leak sprung again in which a glue fitting let loose again costing us $600 to move the spa. 1 year and 8 months into owning the spa a heater connection in the controller started a fire and a whole new control box and heater needed to be replaced in which we had to hire an electrician to unhook and rehook the wiring and also pay a service call fee which together cost another $540 out of pocket. 2 years and 4 months into owning another internal leak from a jet housing in the glue fitting (starting to see a trend with glue fitting leaks) and another $600 to move the spa.

We are now at our 4th internal leak and we cannot get the company to repair this under warranty even though we have a 5 year warranty. We have called the dealer and the manufacturer and both have blown us off.

I see people saying the dealers are the issue but I can assure you the manufacturer does not care when we called we were told there was nothing they would do. I would suggest staying away from all Coast products.
